Today we went in after going to several other furniture stores in the city. We were promptly helped by salesmen Rick. He was very easy to talk to, didn’t pressure us and worked hard to get us the best value on our purchase. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend Rick O for any future purchases.
Asked for a 100% leather couch, (and paid for it )trusting them that we had received what we asked for and when we got it home for a year it started peeling,,,we had taken out a 5 year warranty on product, but they said because because it wasn't leather on the part which was peeling (although we were told it was 100% leather) and it was bonded they did not acknowledge warranty, so I asked for my warranty money back as they did not honour the warranty , the answer, no,,, DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THIS PLACE OR ANY OTHER BRICK F... read more
