Terrible customer service from the Store Manager himself. I called on behalf of a client who had furniture delivered to the retirement home where I work. She was told by the Sales Rep she had dealt with (Raj) that the furniture would be assembled for her. He explained that it would be assembled by the delivery drivers, and that she would not see that charge on her invoice, but that the delivery drivers would take cash upon delivery to assemble it. Dealing with Mike Bosch was great. We were looking at buying a washer and dryer which we did from Mike. Mike was not pushy or aggressive but listen to what we wanted and the price we wanted. He showed us a few options and gave his opinion on what he thought would be the best for are needs. The brand he suggested was the one I liked the best. Friendly, helpful and patient and had a way better price than the other places
We just purchased a new mattress from The Brick , Sales rep. Cassandra "D" assisted in picking the right one. She was very knowledgeable about this product and non intrusive friendly and a pleasure to work with .If anyone has bought one you know its a difficult choice on an expensive item. Thanks Cassandra.
It was a good experience patronizing The Brick for the first time. I was not disappointed...especially with the help of Cassandra...the sales associate/ consultant.
