If I could give zero stars I would I would like to suggest that you never buy anything from the Brick. They don’t stand behind their products and they don’t care about their customers. Our less than 2 year old oven has broken. We bought the extended warranty. When we bought the oven initially delivery was free and they took away the old oven. Now the oven is broken and someone has come 8 times to try to fix it over the past 2 months. 8 business days I had to be home and off work to be available for the 8am-5pm repair window ... read more
DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I would give 0 stars. Bought so many items from this store just for them to tell us it’ll be shipped in two months(which was already absurd but we thought we would wait) They never called about an update on when items would be arriving even though they told us they would reach out closer to the date. Waited for us to call; When we called today they said half of our couch is delayed another month or so!!! Never shopping at the brick AGAIN.
