The staff at the Brick branch in Barrie are completely unprofessional and incompetent, treating customers rudely. They haven't been able to deliver for weeks, constantly changing delivery locations. They're out of their depth.
Amazing and very patient service as we tried to find a perfect breakfast table for our new house. Nadir was helpful, funny and put up with our many questions.
