A very special volunteer and friend recently passed away. I call the Briary to order a medium spray with a sash with our organization name written on it. When I got to the service I was embarrassed at what I saw. It was a terrible arrangement and it was an embarrassment to my organization that wanted to show our heart felt condolences to a family for a volunteer who had done so much for the community. I’m was sadly disappointed with my arrangement from The Briary. I ordered an arrangement for my lovely grandmothers funeral to be from all of her grandchildren and was told it would be there 9am on the day of the funeral. I arrive at lunch time for a 1:00 funeral and arrangement is not there. I message and I’m told it’s on the way. The arrangement that arrived looked homemade! We called last minute on a Saturday needing A bouquet made for a wedding on Sunday due to the original one we had made at another place not being right. The lady was very sweet and understanding and took the time to make a new one for us and did a amazing job on it all at the last minute I will definitely be using her for now own
