Hung up on me TWICE. They're lazy the caseworkers are always lying about receiving and not receiving documents I've had at least two appointments just flat out canceled for no apparent reason. Get it together frl! They get mad even seeing people walking into the front door as if this is not an operating business.Ā
Bottom line find someone else to take care of your heap arrangements. The experience from this company seems like they say they want to help people but in the end contacting them is a joke. And like others say getting assistance from them is like a circus show. You turn in all the documents and then they tell you that you have to turn something else in that they don't have even though they acknowledge that they had what ever it is that you needed to turn in. They never ever answer your phone and then wonder why your pipe gets terminated !!!! They need to start answering their phones. Itās ridiculous. They should be held responsible when something is not turned in or the situation not taking care of.Ā
UPDATE: from Previous Review below 1 year ago. May 2025 Well they FINALLY fixed there call in,to make an appointment in person or over the phone WOW! It was so easy this time! I got my date & time & even the code to give to my utility companies so my utilities wouldn't get shut off!I I had my interview and I have to say,the Rep I spoke to at The Breathing Association was 1 of the Nicest, easy going & caring of my hardship situation & he even gave me advice on some other places to call to get help on some other stuff?WOW I ca...Ā read more
