My experience with this company has been exceptional. The house is an envelope design that had not been maintained by any of the previous homeowners. The insulation was no longer good and after an incorrect insulation job by another company Tom was able to correct the problem. Looking forward to having a home that is warmer in the winter. Drew and his team at the Breathable Home are a breath of fresh air in the very tricky business of winterizing old Maine homes in a sustainable fashion. We have had extensive dealings with a half-a-dozen companies in this line of business and The Breathable Home is the only one that takes a comprehensive view without charging a fortune.
