Not one to write reviews but I just told my wife how awesome the CPAP mini was and she asked me to share. So my wife Tina Greenlaw is the clinical Manager at the Breath Factory for clarity purposes. (I’m biased but believe to be the best clinician in the field).she has been telling me for sometime now to get the CPAP Mini and I finally caved in to get one. I was treated with so much care and compassion from every staff member. They are extremely knowledgeable and kind. I was given hope, but I was skeptic and had to come to terms with sleeping with a machine. I felt so heard and cared for. Now after a few short weeks on the trail I feel I cannot go without it! I feel my life was given back to me! I cannot stop telling anyone who will listen how much they can benefit from just taking a simple test!!
Excellent experience throughout the entire series of appointments! Front desk was very courteous, professional and extremely helpful. Grahame, the Respiratory Therapist, took his time with me, explaining every detail about my new machine. He was very patient, kind, knowledgeable and professional. The staff had followed up by phone and email throughout the entire process and I am so thankful for the wonderful service I received. Love my CPAP! Thanks Breath Factory for making this transition an easy one.
The care from the staff at the Breath Factory in Lower Sackville has been exceptional; in particular, Christine and Celsea. My ENT presented the option to use the Excite OSA device rather than going right to a CPAP machine to see if it might improve my sleep quality. I am halfway through the initial part of the program and just completed a sleep study to check in on my progress.
