Not one to write reviews but I just told my wife how awesome the CPAP mini was and she asked me to share. So my wife Tina Greenlaw is the clinical Manager at the Breath Factory for clarity purposes. The care from the staff at the Breath Factory in Lower Sackville has been exceptional; in particular, Christine and Celsea. My ENT presented the option to use the Excite OSA device rather than going right to a CPAP machine to see if it might improve my sleep quality. I am halfway through the initial part of the program and just completed a sleep study to check in on my progress. At a time when customer service is not always what it might be, I would highly recommend the Breathe Factory, Bedford. Tina has me sleeping at night without the struggle of the cpap mask I previously was using from another company. When you enter Jennifer greets you warmly and Debbie gets all the supplies you need ensuring accuracy. Unlike many companies these days, there is no pressure to buy, simply a goal of ensuring one is being treated with the utmost respect.
