We had an appointment with Celsea McNutt for a free sleep test, and unfortunately, our experience was far from positive. From the beginning, Celsea was not welcoming. We were not informed that the sleep test rings needed to be returned by 10 a.m. the next day—especially problematic since it was a long weekend and the clinic is only open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. We were told we’d receive a call on Tuesday morning with our results and next steps.
