Will take a consult (gotta get that dough right?), explain all the ins and outs, then flatly refuse to operate until you reach the "normal" BMI. Fatphobic as hell. Complications are one thing to consider, quality of life and constant pain apparently no biggy if you jus' too fat - even if that's genetic and ignoring all the other benefits. BMI is medically outmoded and completely disproven and to rely solely on that as your guide to "ideal weight" is negligence.
