I would have given a 5, but did not find the receptionist that greeted me to be welcoming. I don’t need a hug, just a genuine smile and interaction.
I especially appreciate that after being called back for additional imaging, the doctor who reviewed my case delivered his report to me in person, allowing me to ask him questions while still onsite.
