you call and everything is completely automated!!!! there is no REAL PERSON that helps YOU . for simple example. receiving simple xrays to send to a physcian says it takes a week. THAT IS NOT TRUE.ive worked in hospitals and everythig is fileD in alphabetical order. and the amount of clerical nurses that are inside that hospital cant take 2 minutes to say a simple "oh yes ma'am please hold and let me check your information and get those x-rays."
