Called to schedule a breast ultrasound that I had written orders for, and they refused to schedule me. Instead insisted I get a mammogram. I took my order to another hospital and got scheduled right away.
Appointment was 6:45am. I got there early, checked in and was out the door by 6:48am. Results were posted in mychart by 7:08am. That is super quick. They are busy (when scheduling) and I found I can check daily for sooner appointments, but the scheduling (and rescheduling) process via mychart was easy. The technician was nice, professional and clear in her directions. All in all this was a painless process, and I'm satisfied with the care I received.
Got right in at my schedule time. Courteous staff.
