Very nice front office staff and very helpful from beginning to end. I was anxious and I suffer from chronic pain and the imaging tech was very accomodating and made me feel more at ease and was very patient.
Front office staff and technician were very courteous and professional. They answered all questions professionally. This is the best mammography place I have ever been to. Will be back next year.
Received a bill for $999 for a yearly mammogram that they solicited from me through my medical portal. Had one the year before and it cost $0.00. What’s up Breast Center billing? No Surprises Act!
M doctors office and another imaging center is trying to reach these people. So many hoops to get thru and no one is answering their phones. Leave a message all the time and no one is calling back. We are trying to get a previous report from them to compare with new findings. Left message again along with my medical staff as well. That is why I did not go to this facility to get a mammogram done went to another facility but we need the report to compare findings before a new report is generated.
