Breakfast in Long Beach doesn’t get better than this. The food comes out fast, hot, and clearly made with care, with fluffy eggs, crispy potatoes, and generous portions that make the morning feel easy. The service is the true standout. Looks like a great place. Never got out of the parking lot on a Monday morning. Showed up around 10:30 am and left by 11:15 after never getting sat. Place is under staffed. Management is asleep at the wheel. Not how successful restaurants are ran. Probably won’t give it another shot cause I’m here on vacay.
A great place for breakfsst.
Lindsy is the star here. I would give her 10 stars if I could. The food was "bussin" as the kids say and she was doing everything. Lindsy was hostessing, bussing tables, taking orders, expediting and running food the whole time that we were there. Honestly, my wife and I have not had better service in a long time anywhere. She could work in fine dining, but had that small town charm and authenticity about her. Had 4 options for eggs Benedict. My error for thinking that meant they were good at making it. The hollandaise sauce was separating and the poached egg was solid. My partner got the breakfast club sandwich that I got to try, and it was amazing! I could not eat my meal. Except for the hash browns those where crisp and perfect. I might try it again. IDK
