Very rude self centered company only conserned about making $$$ profit, gentrification, unafordable housing. Built with no concern about the safty and health of the community. While being built our cars and inside our homes cover with dust making us ill . Four nieghbors died during construction. Ignoring our requests to do sumthing about the air quality / noise pollution. These so called luxury condos are ugly , over priced , next to railroad tracks and homeless seen living in brush behind building , sleeping in parking area... read more

This is a very modern and safe property. I really like the rooftop view where you can lounge, grill and enjoy the sunsets. Yes, you can see the ocean from here. Sure it’s next to the tracks but the coaster is pretty quiet by not blasting the horn next to here. I appreciate the location because you can hop on your bike or walk to the beach. The only thing I would recommend is that the HOA puts in a gate to the entrance of the parking garage to up safety for the tenants and property.
