We stumbled across The Breadbasket while we were on a road trip. They offer a variety of sandwiches and soups, along with an amazing assortment of baked goods, baked in-house. My husband enjoyed a bierock/soup combo that came with a side of chips and all-you-can-eat soups. He enjoyed the bierock and said the soups that he tried were all very hearty. I grabbed a take out off the breakfast buffet and they had the nerve to charge me over $18.00 I was in such shock, I tipped the lady commenting to her the tip is cause you are such a nice lady. You can see it in her she had to swallow her nerves when she gave me the total. I should of stayed there and ate more food for less money. I'm not impressed.
It was dirty when I entered the place, Saw multiple flies flying around the buffet and where food was put out, the restaurant was too dirty for me to be comfortable ordering food from it. It did not look like it would pass any health inspection. I was grossed out. Very disappointing.
Great bread pudding. German sausage was a bit over cooked
