Oh this is a cute tucked away little bakery and their breads are delicious! My mother said she will be a returning customer 👍
Definitely had to stop here after enjoying brunch at the brunch guy. My fianc� got the Loaded peanut butter cookie, And I got probably the best chocolate croissant I’ve ever had🥰😍 It’s always a delight to see chef Maria always so polite. Definitely will be back, and highly recommend!

The Bread Gal has been my favorite bakery in town for many years. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious; I especially love the Forager bread, pistachio croissants, granola cookies, and galettes…and I buy jam and farm fresh eggs here as well when they’re available. Always great service behind the counter as well! One of Saginaw’s downtown gems. ✨
Jalapeño cheddar bread is . I came just for that and was not disappointed
