Today, my car was towed from this apartment complex because I parked inside the gate as a visitor ,something I had no idea was not allowed. There are no clear signs indicating that visitor parking is only outside the gate. Nothing about the process was obvious or well communicated. Clear communication is a basic expectation in any well managed community.
Christy did a amazing job touring us around as well as clean units
Living at the Bruin Apartments has been a nightmare from the start. We've dealt with constant bug infestations that never seem to go away, and the pool, which should be a nice amenity, turns green and unusable within a week of being cleaned. Our bathrooms have mold that was reported months ago and still hasn’t been addressed. The kitchen is unfinished, with baseboards missing completely.
