I’ve been going to this Brass Beard location since I moved to the area last spring. I love this place! It’s so clean and inviting. Whitney is awesome and always does a great job. She is professional, engaging, and truly enjoys her work. I will continue to highly recommend the Brass Beard. They even have free refreshments while you wait. 10/10 A+++

So I have passed this place in Landrum several times and have been wanting to go in. Tonight on my way home I decided to pop in and give it a try. Instead of a greeting of hello I was rudely ask immediately if I had an appointment. When I said no, I was told well we're closed now, even though yes it was technically two minutes after five. There were three hair technicians there in between the three of them, they couldn't figure out what good customer service is an provide somebody with a 10 minute haircut.
