So I have passed this place in Landrum several times and have been wanting to go in. Tonight on my way home I decided to pop in and give it a try. Instead of a greeting of hello I was rudely ask immediately if I had an appointment. When I said no, I was told well we're closed now, even though yes it was technically two minutes after five. There were three hair technicians there in between the three of them, they couldn't figure out what good customer service is an provide somebody with a 10 minute haircut. My husband has been coming to Felicia for 4 years. She has always been amazing. Recently we started taking our 22 month old toddler to her. Just when I think things can’t get better they do. She does such an amazing job with his hair and all the various hair styles my husband chooses for both of them. She is patient and kind and we will forever be coming to her!
