Branksome is a really good hotel especially for visiting, they have great, quick and easy service and rooms have great views at least from the top. High recommend this for family trips and overall 4.6 star to me.
Service very poor, reception customer service poor as well I was told 2pm check in and waited 2hrs and than was told check in is at 2.30pm Very rude and poor customer service
Had a wonderful experience. Staff were professional and friendly. Cleanliness was well maintained
