Average BBQ. Well cooked but not much smoke. Not a meaty sausage as it is 100% uniform and soft. The brisket was very tender. No knife needed. I hate too much smoke and liquid smoke but it needs something in the rub or smoke.
Truly a taste of Texas! Old school vibe, cafeteria style service with lots of wood decor, old west posters of John Wayne, classic country tunes from Toby Keith and Keith Whitley on the radio as you walk in. Amazing ribs, sausage, smoked turkey, and solid brisket. Meat is not oversauced or heavily seasoned, and the smoke is gentle and really accentuates every item well.
