just rude, pushy went in early awhile back to look at frames and they said I needed to sign in. I said not yet - I was the only one in the office too. This was the second time so after they kept insisting I walked up to the window and told them to take me out of their system. Walked away, walked back and said btw take my husbands off too. Go to Laurel Eye or Everett Eye Care
