Our realtor "Josh, does not return calls , does not text. Blocks your phone number and is the worst realtor in the last 9 houses we have bought . We still do not have all our repairs done and time is up!!! We are going to get a lawyer involved and sue Josh and brand reality co for NOT keeping up their part of their contract. Save yourself the trouble and use another reality co. You will be better off .
Marianne begged my realtor to give our deadline another day and hold up an offer for a showing. Then, canceled last minute. Very flaky.
