From my first phone call to moving my parent into The Branches of Marlboro, the entire process was seamless. I was initially drawn to the community because it was voted one of the top assisted living and memory care communities in Massachusetts and the nation, and after touring, I quickly understood why. Making the decision to move a parent into an Assisted Living Community is not an easy one. From top to bottom the staff at Branches of Marlboro where very helpful and made the transition as seamless as possible. We found all of the caregivers to be attentive, caring and open to suggestions that would help make the care personalized to my father's needs.
Our parents moved here when Dad’s health was failing. We had heard that Branches offers top-notch care and it’s true! From the head nurse and aides to the chef and kitchen all is excellent. Dad was especially glad to have restaurant-quality meals in the lovely dining room. The building is new and stylish. Mom says it reminds her of being on a cruise! Our mother is a resident of The Branches in Marlboro and we continue to be impressed and grateful for the care she has been given. The staff at every level shows dedication, compassion and humor throughout their interactions with the residents. We have also found the staff to be very responsive and flexible when changes in her care were warranted.
