One of the most thoughtful and attentive doctors I have had the opportunity to interact with. My wife was airlifted to Conroe HCA due to a horse riding accident in Crockett, TX. It happened around 4:30pm November 10th. By the time she was airlifted to Conroe and being stabilized in the ER and transfered to the critical care unit, it was after 11 at night. Dr.Fayaz is very thorough. He had me getting tested for many things, before he did my surgery . He is the most helpful and caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting . I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He was recommended to me from one of his other patients who couldn't say enough good about him. Thank you doctor. Dr. Fayazz is an exceptional surgeon. He performed surgery on my C4, C5, and C6 vertebrae, and I wore a Halo brace to stabilize my neck. This took place in 2013, and since then, I have not experienced any issues with my neck. There are occasional days when I feel a few migraines, but overall, I have been well. I trust no other doctor; if I ever need surgery again, my life depends on Dr. Fayazz. Thank you Dr Fayazz plus your staff
Dr. Fayaz is an exceptionally talented surgeon who truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to get to know you and ensures the best treatment plan is followed. He performed neck surgery on my wife, and throughout this stressful time, he made the experience feel manageable by keeping us informed about every detail. Thanks to him, my wife is now pain-free!
