One of the most thoughtful and attentive doctors I have had the opportunity to interact with. My wife was airlifted to Conroe HCA due to a horse riding accident in Crockett, TX. It happened around 4:30pm November 10th. By the time she was airlifted to Conroe and being stabilized in the ER and transfered to the critical care unit, it was after 11 at night. Dr.Fayaz is very thorough. He had me getting tested for many things, before he did my surgery . He is the most helpful and caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting . I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He was recommended to me from one of his other patients who couldn't say enough good about him. Thank you doctor. I am pain free and ready for new beginnings.

Dr.Fayaz and his staff are second to none in my view. Dr Fayaz operated on my neck with great success. I would highly recommend that if you needed a doctor for spinal issues it’ll be to your Advantage to have him and his staff to help you out . I can not recommend him enough.

I’d give 10 stars if I could. He has helped my fiance with 2 major surgeries on his neck over the last week. His bedside manner is top notch, I’ve never had someone take the time and explain things so thoroughly like this. He is also very skilled and knowledgeable. So incredibly grateful for him.

Dr. Fayaz as a Dr is great. I paid $780 as a co-pay for surgery. The day before the surgery, the last week of the year when my deductible had been met and $800 of blood tests performed the office staff called and canceled the surgery. Both of my insurance companies gave approval, they even called the office to clear up the confusion. It was ignored for a month. Then I was called back and the staff still acted confused.
