Horrible customer service, they changed my copay twice then they refuse to take my appointment fee if I wouldn’t pay the balance had because their billing department made a mistake they won’t let me talk to my doctor. These people work at a place where they are supposed to help people with their mental health and they are not only treating their patients with no respect but also take not accountability for their own billing mistake. Billing/Scheduling Discrepancy.
This doctor’s office exploits patients financially and treats them poorly. I have three diagnosed medical conditions, and instead of care and compassion, I was overcharged. They are in-network with Cigna, yet they billed me $269 for a visit that Cigna allowed only $10 for. That inflated charge even included a $100 “missed appointment” fee — even though their own front desk rescheduled me and caused the confusion.
