Incredibly unprofessional, lacking in crucial knowledge about the disorders i came in for, completely ignored many relevant details and jumped to incorrect conclusions. Then when they sent my report and asked if any corrections were needed, and i provided such corrections, they were taken as insults and I was told not to message them again for being rightfully upset. Complete and utter waste of time and money, and this business should not be operational.
Made an appointment and waited for 3 months to get help with ADHD diagnosis and treatment. The office is a bit off putting walking in and the Doctor is quiet and passive aggressive but seems qualified. However I felt that I wasn’t heard by her when I explained my history (including the fact that ADHD runs in my family and my sister already got a diagnosis and treatment from a different provider), and the tests didn’t seem to be cognitively challenging.
