“Dr. Boan flat out refused to test against the diagnostic criteria for the inquired condition. Very arrogantly confident about her outdated knowledge on neurodivergence, unprofessional, and racist. My family member had the most unprofessional and awful experience ever with ms Brandi. Healthcare professionals should be ready to answer a patient's questions and help them as a lot of people feel anxious leading up to a diagnosis. Instead, she accused my family member of being "argumentative"...what??? If you dont know what youre talking about and cant help a patient, dont accuse them of fishing for a diagnosis and just refer them to someone who knows that theyre doing.
