ZERO STARS. Unhappy with the finished product. I'm incredibly disappointed because I liked Lizzy's work the last time I saw her (she did my box braids for my graduation), but she has clearly fallen WAY OFF in between that time. To begin, she was 15 minutes late to the appointment. That was not the end of her unprofessionalism. The salon had not been cleaned; there were some sunflower seeds and hair on the floor. LIZZY IS TOP TIER! The best braider in New Orleans. She's fast, courteous, and quicker than most. Her braiding is painless and she's very receptive. I absolutely adore Lizzy and her shop. She's done my hair for years.
