I’ve been to this shop about eight times now, specifically for men’s cornrows and the experience has been pretty inconsistent. Sometimes they do a great job, other times not so much. Rachel is definitely the best when it comes to men’s cornrows. She always does excellent work. My main issue is the lack of consistency with who does your hair. I’ve gone here roughly 3 times now, and my sister comes here often as well. This place is absolutely amazing! The ladies are all sweethearts and they work hard to make sure you get exactly what you want. Not to mention how quick the service is!! Definitely a 20/10, and I always make sure to recommend them to friends!!
My mom and I went yesterday and had an excellent experience! She got box braids, and I got passion twists. From the moment we arrived, the ladies were warm and welcoming. Our appointment started right on time, which we really appreciated. They worked quickly but with such skill—our hair turned out beautifully! We both absolutely love our styles. Was not told that I had to provide the hair till I arrived at the shop and then I was over charged because I had to buy the hair from her, also the hair she provided is trash !! Keeps tangling up really bad !!! for almost 300 dollars I truly did not get what I wanted. It's not the length or color I wanted . Won't be returning!!
