Hello. appointment scheduled for 9 am. Arrived 15 mins early. Knocked. No answer. Called no answer. Left vm. No return . Called twice. Are you okay ? I understand it's Monday but...I've paid my deposit. The appointment was confirmed . Im concerned the full amount will be debited from my account which would be considered fraud as no services were rendered. Ive locked my accounts and notified my bank to be certain. This is just a mess. But thanks for the lesson sis

Mumi at The Braid Maid in Yuma, AZ, did an amazing job with my stitch braids! She skillfully combined two styles, added individual braids at the nape of the neck for extra fullness, and made sure everything looked flawless. Friendly, professional, on time, and even provided snacks and drinks—highly recommend!

As someone who’s newer to Yuma and naturally anxious, trying new places can be overwhelming, but going to The Braid Maid took all my worries away. The space was clean, welcoming, and I felt comfortable from start to finish. She was also incredibly kind, which made the whole experience even better. My knotless braids turned out absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality hair service!
