This salon used to be great, but I've unfortunately had issues the last few times I've been. I paid almost $400 plus the cost of human hair curls for boho braids just a few weeks ago and the curls started shedding heavily about 6 days after getting them done. Now every time I give my braids the slightest touch, the curls fall out. At this point I can only wear my braids in a bun or ponytail because I'm afraid of the hair falling out in public. The best experience I've ever had at a hair salon!! My stylist Andrea was quick yet diligent and gentle. I love how shiny my hair came out to be and without any sheen oil too. I have 4b hair, i went in with an afro and she gave me a silk press, a haircut and curls. I'm always so anxious at the salon and this is the most comfortable I've ever been.
