I recently had a very frustrating experience with this salon. I booked a hair appointment and was charged nearly $50 upfront. Unfortunately, I was unable to make the appointment that day. However, I was shocked to discover that the salon went ahead and charged me the half the full amount without so much as a courtesy call to check in. I understand cancellation policies, but the lack of communication is really disappointing. Had a great experience here! The owner Andrea is so sweet and so are the other ladies that are in the salon. The salon is clean, chic and in a good location with good vibes. I got the shampoo service and medium knotless..very happy with the outcome! I highly recommend !
