This was my first time getting box braids and I have to say I'm extremely pleased with the results. She was very friendly, and very professional. Clean and pleasant atmosphere.
The braid bar owner is lying when she claims she sent me an email. She never did, and she does not even have my email address. This pattern of dishonesty is consistent with her behavior. She is acting as though the new year somehow exempts her from the consequences of her actions. If she were genuinely interested in starting over, she would have removed the posts she made about me on her socials.
