The braid bar owner is lying when she claims she sent me an email. She never did, and she does not even have my email address. This pattern of dishonesty is consistent with her behavior. She is acting as though the new year somehow exempts her from the consequences of her actions. I just got the cutest ponytail done by Riian, and my gosh I am so happy I found her page on TikTok. I needed a quick ponytail done for an upcoming interview and she took the time for me with my booking even though the time I am able to close from work was not available but She helped me get the time and I am super grateful.☺️ I will be back again. She is such a professional and a sweet person. I recommend The Braid Bar a 10000% We had such a nice conversation and I truly admire this and this is my first time being there.
Every time I have an appointment with Riian it's always a great experience. She is always polite and professional. Her work is beautiful and flawless.
Horrible customer service and rude. Said I didn’t send the deposit on time but then said I was good to go on my appt through text. Showed up to my appt on time and she said we didn’t have an appt today bc I didn’t send in my deposit on time. Luckily got my deposit back but it’s very unfortunate that she just booked another person after telling me my appt was good to go after I sent the money. Make that make sense.
