Not bragging about this place at all. One of the sales associates ruined my dress shopping experience. She belittled me by asking if I knew what a corset was, saying I wouldn't fit into certain dresses (that fit perfectly), and rushed my entire appointment. It felt like she was mad at me and my guests the entire time. My friend had to zip up/ zip down all my dresses, there were no clips to cinch the dresses so I couldn't see how they properly fit, and I was only able to see the 4 dresses they brought me. I’ve shopped at a few bridal places, and I found The Bragging Bride a more of a chaotic experience. I felt like the energy when I was trying on dresses was more about what material or price the dress was, rather than how the dress made me feel. I felt at other boutiques, the staff trusted what I wanted and made it a space to say I didn’t like the styles, whereas at the Bragging Bride, I felt like they told me I looked good in everything even when I came out of the dressing room frowning. Found my dress here! Laura got it right on the first try, her knowledge and experience is clear. I gave her a couple pictures of what kind of vibe I wanted and she was on-board instantly. The studio is clean and bright, the gowns are lovely, and great quality. She gave excellent advice, tips, and consult on the dress, any alteration suggestions, seamstress referrals, and even consignment options. If somethings not working, she will tell you. I will delete this if I get an appointment. The website repeatedly mentions to call the two given numbers for immediate response. But both the numbers have been unavailable since yesterday and each of the numbers directs to the other one. The website also mentions emailing but there is no email address given there
