Why have one when you can have two? Pat and Karen are the best! They guided me thru the process of selling my mother's house with up-front information, transparency and prompt contact interaction. They were a joy to work with and I'm grateful I found them!

My sister and I needed to help our parents sell their house to move to a retirement community. Karen helped us with the sale and did an excellent job. She was very personable, professional and reliable. She offered us staging services, which we believe helped us get an additional $20,000 for their home and only cost us a fraction of that amount. We have been working with the Bradley-Falke and Gump team at Remax for a couple of years searching for the right condo in the metro Dayton area. Karen and Pat were great to work with and really helped us hone our search and determine what we really wanted. Last month we were successful in finding our dream condo in downtown Dayton!
