The Bradley-Falke and Gump team did a tremendous job selling my home. Karen Gump, a knowledgeable Real Estate professional, was great to work with. She went above expectations to make the process as stress-free as possible.
Pat ( now Karen, too) have helped sell 3 houses in my life. They make the experience pleasant with the attention to detail and warm presence. Pat was there for me whenever I needed advice on things in between sales, too ( what were key things to do for an upcoming sale, what were good upgrades for a rebuild after my home burned down, what companies to use for repairs or moving)… a wealth of caring information. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my home purchases or sales because they are the absolute best.
Pat and Karen have helped us with multiple moves. The confidence we have in them to help us navigate buying and selling is such a blessing. We are so glad we've had them over all of these years!
