Dr. John over prescribes her patients. Very clearly continues to prescribe stimulants to patients that not only have issues using methamphetamine, but also have heart issues on top of the OBVIOUS substance abuse. Very, VERY rarely drug tests. Even if you pop positive for methamphetamine, you still get your concerta! Disgusting behavior on her part. Refuses to listen to the family’s cries for help, and just continues to prescribe more stimulants.

The front staff are truly horrid in each and every way. Every time I go there, the younger lady always has an attitude and snaps that she's busy and to go to another person. Most of the time she's either eating a snack, playing on her phone, or just being a negative person. Why work front desk at a place where people are coming there to get help for mental health? And I met really cool people. And we played the Wii there so I loved it I had so much fun. The food was good the games was fun and the workers were really sweet but the bad thing I would say is the bed I js didn’t feel comfortable it felt like a big grocery bag that was the size of a twi... read more

I have been seeing a nurse practitioner for psychiatric meds here on an outpatient basis for 4 or 5 years now. She herself is great. However, the office staff and systems are awful. It's frankly ridiculous that I can't leave a message to reorder prescriptions outside of the place's short phone hours. I have to call when they're open just to get sent to the voicemail box for prescriptions. Then I need to wait up to 72 hours, and of course weekends don't count. Currently on day two of SSRI withdrawals because of this!! And tha... read more
