Three years ago I was involved in an automobile accident that crippled me. I was offered $500 dollars from the insurance company and called this firm to ask about what I should do. The person on the phone said "sign it,just go ahead and sign it" I asked "ARE you sure?" the guy said "Yes". The receptionist was very condescending and treated me like I wasn't human. She then abruptly hung up on me and treated me like a child. I am in great pain mentally and wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone else. I'm not one to complain but professionalism is a big deal
