Great dentistry overall fot adults and youth. Covers majority of insurances such as masshealth standard. Offers English and Portugese. Handicap accessible and property parking space. Be advised that they have select days for each dentistry work, give them a call.
Extremely poor experience. I had braces here for almost 5 years starting as a child, and every appointment was chaotic. Staff were constantly changing and often inexperienced, and they were rough in my mouth. I left multiple appointments with swollen, bleeding lips. Brackets would frequently break shortly after visits, and they’d yell at me when I came back, which made me so scared as a kid that I took my braces off myself. 🇺🇸 I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff at Brace Places and Framing. I called to adjust my son’s appointment and spoke with Livia, a Brazilian front desk employee. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She spoke to me as if she were doing me a favor, not assisting a client, and ultimately hung up on me. I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience so others are aware. I came to this dentist for a crown, and unfortunately the crown has fallen off three separate times. Each time I went back, they tried to fix it, but it still hasn’t been placed correctly or stayed on. I’m still dealing with the same issue after multiple visits, and it has been really frustrating, time-consuming, and uncomfortable. I understand things can happen, but I expected the crown to be done properly after this many attempts.... read more
This has been a horrible experience. They made threats of complete reconstructive surgery because my son wasn't following instructions, even though they'd give my 14 yr old instructions without consulting me. If I wanted any information I'd have to ask to be spoken to. When I asked about a timeframe for removal the doctor literally said "what do you care? Didn't Masshealth pay for this?"... they didn't.
