People at the front desk are so unprofessional, don’t know how to talk professional, that’s why a lot of people talk bad about them! They make the place terrible, if you don’t want to work, go home! PLEASE!

Very frustrated with this office. Every time my daughter has an appointment, we wait at least an hour past the scheduled time. An 11:00 appointment turns into being seen at 12:00 or later—this happens consistently. What’s worse is if we’re late, they won’t see us or may charge a fee. That’s not fair when they don’t respect patients’ time. I even spoke to the manager, and the response was basically “nothing we can do,” except to come first thing in the morning.
