The dentist is very rude and disrespectful. He doesn’t introduce himself or greet anyone. He won’t listen to any concerns about the care he provided. Don’t take your children there.
This clinic exceeded all my expectations. They were incredibly attentive to my request, and my teeth have never looked so beautiful after a cleaning. They used to be so yellow, but after getting a cleaning with them, they look so much better. I don't understand all the nasty comments—not only did they treat me well, but they treated everyone else who was there just as kindly.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience with this dental office was so disappointing that it deserves to be documented. We waited over a month for an appointment, only to have it canceled the day before with no meaningful explanation and no effort to properly notify us in advance. The next available appointment they offered was another two weeks out, which already demonstrated a lack of respect for patients’ time. The staff are very nice, but unfortunately the doctor is extremely rude and unprofessional. He does not greet patients and speaks in a harsh way, simply saying" open" and "close" with no curtesy. He even threatened to refuse my treatment because my brackets kept breaking. Instead of helping or giving proper guidance, he told me he has too many patients for me to keep coming back as if he wasn't getting paid for he's job.
