People can be nice but also very annoying. The days and hours they have for certain things is also annoying. They aren't very accommodating to the fact children have school and parents have work. Several appts they ask you to come in the a.m. and then again in the p.m. but never try to work with you. I asked for our records SEVERAL times so I could transfer care to somewhere more suitable to our hours and they never gave them to me.
