We were visiting from out of town and my granddaughter popped a spring and the Brace Place was able to get us in the same day and fixed her up! We’re so thankful they were able to help!
This place is so friendly, professional and kind. The doctor had such a nice bedside manner and made me feel comfortable - I get nervous with dental stuff! He was clear about what needed to be done, and the whole process was so easy and simple. I also appreciated the billing people figuring out how to limit my out of pocket cost. The front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly too. All around, this was a great experience - I will be back and highly recommend it!
Excellent customer service the staff make you feel like your family and they work with you on everything and super flexible. I can't say enough about the excellent experience we have had with them!
We just LOVE the Brace Place. The staff is always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The doctors really know what their doing and never make you feel like you need a second opinion. In fact, they WERE my second opinion and im so glad we got it from them because we got to keep all of my kiddos teeth instead of pulling them unnecessarily.
