Great service and extremely kind staff
The staff is very nice and Kate (up front) is a true rockstar! It often feels like 1 orthodontist says 1 thing and the other says another but it all eventually works out. Our only “complaint” is when a bracket breaks and a wire is poking- we can’t just walk in. We clip things the best we can but waiting till next normal appointment, makes for a miserable child that hates their braces.
Friendly staff. Easy to work with and good doctor. They do very well with children and teenagers. Clean, bright, airy facility.
The staff is extremely friendly and efficient, providing assistance where needed and maintaining positive attitudes with happy greetings and smiling faces.
