I had my permanent retainers fitted today at The Brace Place and it was such a smooth and positive experience! The staff were so kind, professional, and genuinely lovely to be around. Both my children have been here for their braces and it's been a fantastic experience. All staff are helpful and friendly, appointments have been prompt and most importantly, my children now have lovely straight teeth!
I have had the most terrible experience for the past two and half years. Phone calls and emails are never replied to, appointments are constantly cancelled hours with short notice and the reception staff is rude…
Amazing practice. I got the smile I always wanted.
The orthodontist (Guy)didn’t plan my treatment correctly. I meant to have 4 teeth taken out to make space but he said let’s try without taking them out. And now i have ended with protruding teeth. If i want to fix that now, i will have pay another 4k. Please look around before you ahead with any treatment here.
