The box doc is a fabulous place to recover and improve mobility and strength. I came to Jaime with an injured shoulder. She was able to pin point the exact issue and give me exercises to improve. I can’t express enough, the gratitude that I have for Jamie and the box dock team. I can finally work out and not be in pain As well as get better with each workout because of the correct positioning with my body.
Best sports Physical Therapist ever !! I am IMMENSELY HAPPY with my results from BOX DOC. I had severely tight and painful hamstring tendons. After focused and insightful diagnosis, they resolved each 1-by-1 until I saw AMAZING results in 6 weeks. My 5 k time dropped 2 whole minutes !! Now I run with 20-30 year olds, and I’m in my 70’s. I ran 15 miles the last 2 Saturday mornings !! For fabulous PT, Dr Madison at Box Doc is AWESOME !! Thanks Box Doc for the science and the tools to heal.

Dr. Jaime is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and—most importantly—compassionate. She has guided me through recovery from an injury while also helping me identify underlying issues and take proactive steps to prevent future ones. I always leave feeling encouraged and confident in the care I’m receiving. I cannot recommend Dr. Jaime and her team highly enough!
I highly recommend The Box Doc. My experience here has been great so far. The day I had an inquiry Dr Jaime called me from the airport to talk to me about what was going on. Then she paired me with Dr Madison. Dr Madison has been amazing at helping me figure out what is causing my pain and how to address it.
