Dr. Jaime and Dr. Kaylyn at The Box Doc, took the time to listen to my needs and assess my movement patterns to determine a treatment plan to get me back to 100%. If you’re dealing with an injury, nagging aches and pains, or just want to stay healthy so you can keep doing your job at a high level, The Box Doc is an outstanding choice. Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at The Box Doc! Kaylyn has made me feel welcome from my first appointment and has created a plan that has helped significantly reduce my pain. After two years of dealing with ongoing pain following surgery and trying multiple physical therapy clinics without lasting relief, coming to The Box Doc was the best decision I’ve made. Kaylyn’s expertise, thoughtful approach, and genuine care have made all the difference and I couldn’t be more grateful.
Kaylyn was super helpful and knowledgeable when it came to my hip injury/overuse. After only a short few sessions(and some homework) I was back to brand newborn highly recommend.
I came in to the box doc because of lower back pain from some minor-moderate herniated discs. My pain prevented me from being able to perform at my usual capacity/load during CrossFit workouts and weightlifting movements. With the help of Dr.Bryant from the box doc I was given a home exercise program to follow and weekly in person sessions that further aided me along in my recovery. In less than 3 months time I’m back at my previous capacity and currently pain free.
I’m so glad I found The Box Doc!! I met Dr Jaime at a wellness event and told her I have been having SI joint pain for months. I had seen a multitude of Drs and underwent many different tests. Dr Jaime was the one who actually took the time to find the root cause of the pain. She created a personalized plan for me and I can now workout pain free!😊
