The staff at the Bowie office are exceptionally kind and always eager to offer any assistance you may need. Caleb, in particular, was highly professional and remarkably patient while helping me. He is truly an outstanding individual with a strong and positive work ethic.
Kara was very helpful in finding me a perfect stay. She gave me a tour explaining everything very well, and helped me with the application process. I’m looking forward to staying at these beautiful apartments!

Toured The Bowie and immediately knew this would be my next home! Everything from the amenities to the area and leasing team made for a high quality experience that no other I had seen could provide. The Bowie has a true community appeal and the people make the property just as much as the floor plans do. Kara and Caleb were extremely helpful in providing all the resources I needed to move in.
I toured The Bowie and fell in love with one of their floor plans. Even while I toured others I just knew I found the perfect place to call home! Between the amenities, the location, and the community I am very excited to start a new journey here!
