Just had my first massage at The Loft and it was AMAZING!! Elizabeth is awesome. I have a herniated disc in my neck that is causing tension all down my left arm and shoulder, she worked out the knots that had built up, and I am feeling so much better! The space is also very calm and soothing. I highly recommend!
After only ONE visit, I cannot say enough good things about Ronnie and Bow Acupuncture. Have been in constant pain for the last three weeks and was able to walk out of my first session feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I am so grateful for this incredibly affordable treatment option, as traditional acupuncture clinics are absolutely out of my budget. My next 3 appointments are booked and I can’t wait to see how I’m feeling after those. If you’re on the fence, I suggest you give it a try!

Elizabeth is a massage genius. She puts me back together after I overdo it in the gym. I can't recommend her enough.

Great massage and cupping!
After realizing the limitations on treating autoimmune issues with conventional medicine, I decided to try out acupuncture. I found Bow Acupuncture on Google, thought the idea of community wellness was neat and popped in for a visit. Ronnie and his staff are amazing! I felt comfortable immediately! I've been enjoying better energy and look forward to even more progress.
