The staff are kind and considerate, and make people feel comfortable even when talking about uncomfortable topics.
The councillors were amazing, they were considerate, tuned into our challenges and needs and gave valuable feedback about how they saw our strength and challenges. We walked out of there feeling like we had this - that we had some great foundational srengths to deal with the challenges from. Thanks so much!
