We were greeted at the door by Virginia the owner. The service and hospitality we'll above your expectations. "Feel at home" was Virginia's advice and we did. Tge high ceilings historic internal features. Cleanliness above excellent 👌 Don't go further for a excellent experience in the Blue Mountains.

This place needs a good clean and renovation. We stayed in the queen room and it was very tired and dusty. The fan doesn’t work unless the light is turned on, the shower has mould, and the shower curtain is really dirty….There isn’t an operable window and it just felt very stuffy. Check in was fine but overall a disappointing experience.

Stayed one night last weekend. Not worth half the tariff. A very tired room, exhaust fan in bathroom could not extract the moisture, it rained a mist down on the user, the tiles had mould the towel rack broken and a coakroach for an unwanted guest in the room. It may have have had old world charm once but needs a serious injection of funds now.

Our stay was an absolute disgrace. Except for the fact we prepaid, we would have left, run even. At check in, met the rudest male dressed in a koala/teddy bear suit, that should have been enough to make us turn and walk out. He grunted his way through check in, it was clearly a great inconvenience for him. We didn't even bother with breakfast.
