I went for a flower arranging class for a friends birthday and we loved it! The florist gave us a demo with a thorough explanation, then we got to work. They provided a beautiful pot, all the flowers we would need, and even a carry out box. Florists were helpful along the way as we had questions. I will definitely go back!

Never order from Bouqs. The entire process was terrible. My Mother’s Day order was finally delivered Monday night. Not Friday as promised. They left the box outside and didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell. I ordered a vase. No vase. The flowers were ugly and NOTHING like the picture. They were thrown into a brown box. Barely alive. Do not ever use this company! Plus once I discovered the delivery delay their customer service was terrible. Practically non existent. I’m supposed to be getting a refund. Ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day and it showed up in absolutely horrendous condition. Also required assembly. Pathetic. Pro Tip: Go to a local florist. Edit: Nice response. If you call the pictures added below of the flowers delivered are “farm fresh” I would be curious what you consider farm fresh. I could have picked dandelions on the side of an interstate and thrown them in a box and they would have looked better than the garbage we received. I sincerely hope your company goes out of business!

Purchased a arrangements for my mom for mother's day it arrived and looked like it was picked up from a grave and fedexed to her. It took forever to find a customer service chat and after the chat agreeing to resend my mom's flowers and refunding me. The chat then says they can't do that and could only refund or resend that was it. For the amount of money I paid and piss poor quality and customer service will never purchase from them again!

These flowers were ordered for a client whose grandmother passed away. $95 later, this is what arrived THE DAY AFTER the funeral service. I demanded my money back 😤
