Getting repeat prescription for chronic health condition (type 1 diabetes) is an absolute joke. I'm not prescribed enough meds for the duration until I'm next "allowed" to order. Getting GP appt is near impossible. Sent appt to see diabetes nurse & when I attended she said "oh your type 1, I don't really know about that, just type 2.. " Reception staff are rather dismissive, but I guess they're fed up of taking the flack. Trainees are very helpful
