I had a genuinely unprofessional experience at this practice. My appointment was booked for 12:30 PM, and I arrived at 12:31 — just one minute late. Despite this, I was marked as a “Did Not Attend” before I even arrived. I overheard the reception staff whispering that the doctor (Dr. Mozammad) had already left his room, which suggests he left before his final patient even showed up. I recently moved to the area and have had positive service from the surgery and all staff.
Despite 1.5 of year of constant health issues i am being just constantly ignored. 7 months off sick is not only difficult to bare with symptoms but mentally… im young 33 year old and it feels no one is really trying to get me back to normal.. I am being asked to report every single symptom separately but when you have 10 ongoing things its hard to have a conversation and get better as you are not being treated complex. The doctors and nurses here are usually very lovely and helpful, but I keep having very negative experiences in the admin side of things. Doctor wanted a sample off me, but the receptionist gave me a kit without any instructions, so of course, my sample ended up being rejected due to me having to guess based on the NHS website. Then, when I attempted to drop off my second sample today, the surgery was closed. It would have been a good idea to leave the sample drop-off box outside the shutters or with the chemist. When the surgery first merged, I found that the services provided were not up to the expected standards. However, after raising my concerns on several occasions, I have seen a significant improvement. Every effort is now made to deliver high-quality care to patients. Dr. Niazi is an absolute star — always attentive, polite, and respectful.
