The office staff are very helpful and answered all my questions. Easy to put in work orders, and maintenance is fairly quick. So far so good!
They’ll take your deposit, and say they used it for the final water bill and cleaning the carpet. There were no holes no stains so it shouldn’t have been my obligation to pay for it! I left it super clean no damages yet they keep my deposit!! I had to deal with roaches the whole time I was there. I should’ve listened to everyone when they told me not to rent from them! Lesson learned
Don't rent here. They will enter your house at any time without letting you know in advance even when there isn't an emergency. The staff is rude.
