I didn't live here long (about 5 months on a 12 month lease- life happens), the person that gave me a tour, helped me sign the lease, and helped me sign off the lease was super nice! They were professional while being sympathetic of my situation. The two woman with their own offices are rude. They have an attitude when asked simple questions and even in small interactions. Don't approach them if you have maintence requests or questions abour your lease, ask the person usually in the front/doing tours. I've also seen them be ... read more
Fantastic job on the new hires for the Maintenance team! Marvin is a wonderful addition. I am very appreciative to both Rob and Marvin. They took the time to listen and then had the experience needed to find a solution to the issues. Thank you to Walter, Floyd, and Mike for holding steadfast.
I like the location and property amenities at THE BOULEVARD. The office staff are very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, some neighbors choose to be loud and play loud music after 9 PM.

I can only speak on my behalf about The Boulevard and I don't have any complaints! If I have any needs for maintenance or general questions or concerns its answered very quickly and effectively. Great community, amenities and great area overall!
