My husband and I moved in a couple weeks ago and had a few maintenance requests, Rob with maintenance stopped by and completed them efficiently! Living here has been great so far!
My boyfriend and I had a great experience, Amiel Cortez ( Leasing consultant) went above and beyond to help us during the process, thanks to her we completed everything and moving in was pleasant
I wouldn’t recommend living here we were moved into a unit with leaking issues worried about mold with a young child and they wouldn’t listen charged us $400 to move to a different unit the unit we have now constant bugs especially the house centipedes mouse droppings on and in my kitchen cabinets and still nothing has been done about it refuse to clean it being pregnant paints chipped floors chipped carpet is horrible painted cabinets peeling vents caked with dust just painted over toilet isn’t even in the ground and my sho... read more

I lived in apartment 4823 until recently. We had a leaking ceiling over a year ago, and large amounts of mold coming through the ceiling. All they did was spray bleach on the mold and forget about it, not even checking for mold above the ceiling. The mold came back this year stronger, and was leaking from the same source. It turned out to be condensation from the AC ducts. We got a mold test, and it was confirmed that there was toxic black mold.
