Now that we've lived here for 6 months, I can clearly say.... I wish we would've gone somewhere else. One of the reasons is that it takes too long to get repairs done. Had two leaks. One was fixed, and the other one wasn't, and it's been a month. After doing the math, that's around 350 gallons of water waisted that I'm paying for. There's also garbage piled around the cans most days. You pay $15 a month for valet trash pickup that never happens. The Boulevard has been a really good experience for me. The apartments are clean and modern, and the office team is always so nice. The location is great and makes it easy to get anywhere I need to go.
We are officially moving in to our apartment we have definitely have had some ups and downs but Jayla has been amazing and we cannot wait to move in to our first apartment
I finished my 1 year lease here and i’m sad that i waited too late to resign another year lease. My experience here was great, and i never had any complaints. When we moved in there was an issue with my carpet but was resolved the following day. When moving out it was seamless and Ms. Jasmine in the office was great with helping me with my deposit and understanding my charges. I would 100% stay here again in the future.
Yes I gave a 300.00 deposit on a apartment, and was refused because of background check. I never got my money back , these people steal. I have been told countless time That they would send and 7 months later I still don't have it. They never return calls and if they do it's a lie. I want my freaking money
