If there is something below zero, this place deserves it. We have been without a working air conditioner for more than two months and we have informed them several times, but we are still suffering. I advise you to stay away from this place. The price is exaggerated and the services are very bad.
Been asking the office to fix my bathtub for a month. They have not come to fix my problem. Very disappointed Update: No communication from office regarding maintenance order. They won’t fix problem
The lowest I can give is 1 star. They don't enforce rules. Allow people to park in handicapped with no placard, allow people to let their dogs crap everywhere with no picking it up. And charge insane fees if you have to move out without notice. Charged me 7 thousand dollars to move out when I got transfered to another state. Don't go there it's just a decorated slum
The other evening while moving in I noticed the ceiling leaking. Called maintenance and they showed up promptly and fixed the problem and also showed up to me. I had the privilege to meet Nathan the maintenance supervisor. I also asked some questions, which Nathan was able to answer. We also had a rod fall in the closet and he said he would do it on Monday.
