I have lived here for two years now and have had a wonderful experience with the maintenance and management teams. Affordable quality housing near campus and local parks.
Living at The Boulders at Deer Park has been a fantastic experience! Management is quick to respond to maintenance concerns and the property is well taken care of. For dog owners, Bryan Park is a short walk away and Switchyard Park (5 min drive) has an excellent dog park.
Ive been trying to rent from them for days as the floorplan seems good but no one ever picks up my call or responds back to my voicemail. If this is how they are then I cant imagine calling the office for any issues.
Great cost for the space and there are deer everywhere, super fun!
The best place to live in Bloomington! We've been here since we moved to town and have no intentions of moving. It is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and quiet.
