The best place to live in Bloomington! We've been here since we moved to town and have no intentions of moving. It is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and quiet.
I have been a resident here for over a year, having moved in when I first arrived in Bloomington. The Boulders at Deer Park has been a wonderful place to live in Bloomington! Fairly quiet neighborhood, close to the east side of town, and far enough away from the campus shenanigans, this location has been a major factor in me continuing my rental agreement. The cost has been favorable compared to most of the similarly sized options around town, so that’s a plus as well.
