I just moved in and Valerie has been wonderful. There were some maintenance needed and they were done in a timely manner. Communication has been excellent. Connecting with local internet provided by the apartment is seamless. The internet is ~300-400mbp/h for download. They also have IU discount. I really like the neighborhood and how peaceful it is.
I’ve lived at the boulders for two years, I’m very happy with my experience here. The neighborhood is quiet yet still close to downtown, and maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues. I would highly recommend renting with this property, it’s decently affordable and perfect for my current living situation.

If you're looking for a peaceful, green neighborhood with deer and rabbits frequently passing by, Deer Park is the perfect place. The house is well built, and the rent is reasonably priced for what it offers. There's a bus stop nearby and it's also close to Bryan Park, which makes the location even better. It’s been meeting my needs very well — I highly recommend it!
I genuinely love this little community, and I am grateful to be a resident. We love how quiet this neighborhood is and find that support from management is exceptional and timely. It is probably the only complex I've ever lived in that I would HIGHLY recommend!
