I’ve lived at the boulders for two years, I’m very happy with my experience here. The neighborhood is quiet yet still close to downtown, and maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues. I would highly recommend renting with this property, it’s decently affordable and perfect for my current living situation.

If you're looking for a peaceful, green neighborhood with deer and rabbits frequently passing by, Deer Park is the perfect place. The house is well built, and the rent is reasonably priced for what it offers. There's a bus stop nearby and it's also close to Bryan Park, which makes the location even better. It’s been meeting my needs very well — I highly recommend it!
I genuinely love this little community, and I am grateful to be a resident. We love how quiet this neighborhood is and find that support from management is exceptional and timely. It is probably the only complex I've ever lived in that I would HIGHLY recommend!
This place is perfect for grad students. My boyfriend and I moved here in 2022 in a 2 bedroom townhouse and loved it. We have stayed here for 3 years and finished grad school, got married, had pool parties, bbq, and all the joy life has to offer. The place is quiet and peaceful with deers as your neighbors. Whenever we had maintenance issues, it would be fixed in less than 48 hrs. Everyone was very understanding of us and helped us a lot with various situations. I would recommend this place a 1000% to everyone!
